Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light butter
- 1 cup Sunrich SÅL Unsweetened
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cup cooked wild rice
- 3 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan, combine the butter, flour, and Sunrich SōL Unsweetened. Cook and stir over low heat until slightly thickened and bubbly. Allow the sauce to reduce until it begins to coat the sides of the saucepan.
- Add the garlic and rotisserie chicken to the Sol sauce. Toss until well combined. Fold in the cooked wild rice.
- After thoroughly combining the wild rice to the mixture, transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheddar cheese is a golden brown.
