Ingredients
- SALAD
- 5 cup lettuce
- 2 cup skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, cored, & sliced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup whole-grain tortilla chips, crushed
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup Greek Non-Fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ White Stevia Powderâ„¢
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch sea salt and black pepper

For dressing, combine all dressing ingredients, mix well.
