Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon coconut flour (can use almond flour as well)
- 2 tablespoon coconut crystals, or other raw dry sweetener
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder, or carob powder
- 3 tablespoon almond milk, or other nut/seed milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large mug, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Eat now or serve warm from the dehydrator. Drizzle with warm carob/chocolate sauce, if desired.
