Easy Chocolate Pudding Cake
This easy chocolate pudding cake recipe tastes so good, your friends and loved ones will not believe that you know how to make a chocolate cake with this much flavor. Pair a slice of chocolate cake with a nice scoop of frozen yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour, white whole wheat or all-purpose
- 3/4 cup sugar substitute suitable for baking
- 6 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoon light vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine flour, sugar substitute, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Add milk and oil; mix well. Pour into ungreased 9x9x2" pan.
- Combine brown sugar and second 3 Tbsp. cocoa in small bowl; spread evenly over batter in pan. Pour hot water evenly over mixture.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Cut into pieces while hot; spoon sauce from pan over each serving.
- Serve with ice cream, if desired.
