Awesome Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup butter substitute
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fat-free peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture boils.
     
  2. Remove from heat and add remaining oatmeal, vanilla, and fat-free peanut butter or almond butter.
     
  3. Stir until thick. Quickly drop by tablespoons onto the waxed paper.
     
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
