- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter substitute, or real butter
- 4 slices all natural turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 ounce reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, first make a layer of potatoes.
- On top of that, create a layer of butter substitute, onion and bacon. Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Repeat with layering until you use up all of your ingredients.
- Cook on High for 8 to 10 hours.
