Herbed Seafood Pasta

Try this healthy Herbed Seafood Pasta by Jarlsberg Lite as a tasty cold side option to your next dinner or lunch. For cold pasta salad recipes this one is very filling thanks to the added protein.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoon dill, minced
- 2 tablespoon chives, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 pound tri-color rotini or spiral pasta
- 2 cup Jarlsberg Lite cheese, shredded
- 1 head fennel, sliced lengthwise in thin strips
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 peeled carrots, chopped
- 1 pound crabmeat or surimi, cut in small chunks
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix herbs, mustard and oil.
- Boil pasta and 3 minutes before it’s cooked (al dente), add fennel, celery and carrots. Drain.
- Transfer pasta to large bowl; toss with dressing and crabmeat.
- Add cheese and toss again.
- Serve immediately or warm loosely covered in microwave.
