Super Simple Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup Miracle Whip Light
- 8 ounce whole wheat elbow macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup red and green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup reduced fat cheese cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Miracle Whip Light, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and black pepper until everything is smooth.
- Add in the celery, macaroni noodles, peppers, onion and cheese cubes, and toss to coat well.
- Cover and refridgerate at least 2 hours.
