- FOR THE CRUNCH
- 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds, Roasted and Salted
- 1 tablespoon Orange zest
- 2 tablespoons Organic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ White Stevia Powder
- 1 full dropper of NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ Orange Liquid Stevia
- CREAMSICLE TOPPING
- 1 large Orange or about 9-10 slices
- 2/3 cup Non-Dairy Cream Cheese (I used Tofuttiâ„¢ Brand)
- 2/3 cup Non-Dairy Sour Cream (I used Tofuttiâ„¢ Brand)
- 4 tablespoons Organic coconut oil, melted
- 2/3 cup Cream substitute (I used Almond Cashew Cream)
- 1 teaspoon NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ Orange Liquid Stevia
- 1 teaspoon NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia Liquid
Instructions

FOR THE CRUNCH

Combine in a fry pan and stir on low heat until toasted.

CREAMSICLE TOPPING

Combine all ingredients in a blender until creamy smooth

Pour equal amounts of the Creamsicle mixture into 4 ramekins and chill at least 1 hour until surface has hardened.

Spoon on just enough Crunch topping to cover cream.
