Ingredients
- 2 cups water, boiling
- 6 ounces sugar free raspberry jello
- 1 can reduced sugar cranberry jelly
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 ounces fat free sour cream
Instructions
- Add jello to boiling water. Then, stir in cranberry jelly and add pecans.
- Pour half of mixture in bowl or mold. Set in freezer for 30 to 45 minutes, or until gelled.
- Layer sour cream on top. Then, pour remaing half of jello mixture on top and let gel.
