Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • Walnut taco meat
  • Yellow chedda cheeze
  • Red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced
  • Avocado, sliced or guacomole
  • Salsa, or cashew sour cream
  • Tomatoes, onions, olives or cilantro
  • Cucumbers, celery, raw chips or crackers, RAWRiTOS

Instructions

  1. Layer in this order from the bottom up:

    1. shredded romaine lettuce
    2. walnut taco meat
    3. yellow chedda cheeze
    4. diced red, green and yellow bell pepper
    5. guacomole or sliced avocado
    6. salsa or cashew sour cream
    7. tomatoes, onions,olives or cilantro
       
  2. Use cucumbers, celery, raw chips or crackers, RAWRiTOS for dipping.
