Quick 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground meat (cooked)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced thin or chopped
  • 1/2 pound Mexican rice
  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream or cream cheese
  • 1 cup black olives
  • cilantro, chopped (enough to garnish top)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients, starting with ground beef in a serving platter or dish.
     
  2. Follow beef with rice, tomatoes, avocado, olives and cheese.
     
  3. Top with cilantro (enough for taste/garnish).
