Reduced Fat 7 Layer Tex Mex Dip

Ingredients
- 2 large cans reduced-fat bean dip
- 3 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 16 ounce reduced-fat or low-fat sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced, seeds removed, patted dry on paper towels, and diced
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained, patted dry, and chopped
- 4 to 8 ounces reduced-fat or low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Drain water from bean dip and spread on bottom of a rectangular cake dish.
- Mix avocados, lemon juice and garlic salt well and spread over bean dip layer.
- Add sour cream and taco mix, stir well and spread over avocado layer.
- Sprinkle green onions over sour cream layer.
- Spinkle tomatoes over onions.
- Sprinkle olives over tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese over black olives.
- Refrigerate dip until ready to serve.
