Ingredients
- 3 kiwis
- 1 pear
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (or coconut sugar if child is under 1 year of age)
- Chia seeds (optional)
- Kale (optional)
Instructions
- To a Vitamix or blender add the kiwis, pear, spinach, water and sweetener.
- Blend on high for several minutes. Pour into glasses, sip cups and the like...and enjoy!
