Baked Panko And Parmesan Encrusted Cod
"These are oven baked crispy cod fillets breaded with panic and parmesan. A quick and easy 30 minute meal for busy weeknights. Serve this dish with some delicious dipping sauces. Our favorites are tartar sauce, honey mustard and ketchup. I use frozen, wild caught Atlantic cod fillets. They’re easy and convenient, plus they taste amazing! Season with simple pantry staples of salt, pepper and garlic powder. You'll need to dredge the fish in a lightly beaten egg then coat with toasted breadcrumbs and fresh parmesan cheese. "
