Microwaved Hungarian Fish Bake
This recipe is a perfect easy recipe for a quick dinner, and is healthier than most TV dinners. Amongst fish and seafood recipes, this cannot be beat. This is a great seafood recipe that works great for a quick meal.

Ingredients
- 26 ounces thick fish fillets
- flour
- 1 cup non-fat or low-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped spring onions
- paprika
Instructions
- Cut the fillets into serving-size pieces, lightly flour them, and arrange in a serving dish.
- Combine the sour cream with the mustard, ginger, and herbs and add seasoning to taste. Pour the sauce over the fish and cover with greaseproof paper.
- Microwave on High for 4 minutes. Spoon the sauce over the fish and continue cooking on High 2 - 4 minutes or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.
- Spoon the sauce over the fish again. Cover with finely chopped spring onions and sprinkle with paprika.
