http://www.taichibozeman.com/rawfood/?p=7517 Crust: 2 c. walnuts 1/2 c. dates pinch salt 1 T. cinnamon Food process until crumbly. Press into pie plate. 6-8 peaches,(or any other fruit) sliced. Blend: 3-4 of the peaches with 1/2 c. dates 1 T. psyllium powder pinch nutmeg pinch lemon peel dash cinnamon Stir in rest of the peaches. Pour over crust. Add topping: Topping: 1 T. coconut oil 1/4 c. coconut crystals or raw sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Chill. Serve with banana ice cream!
