Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
- 1 egg, or 1 egg white mixed with 1 teaspoon water and slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Canola oil or olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in parmesan cheese. Place in baking pan.
- Spray top lightly with cooking oil. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
