Gluten Free Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce can no salt added tomato sauce with no sugar added
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes or almond flour
- 1 egg, or 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup zucchini, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine half of the tomato sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, turkey, quinoa or almond flour, eggs and zucchini and mix in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Shape into a loaf and place into an ungreased 8” x 4” loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Pour remaining tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
