Athenian Garden Cafe Style Pasta El Greco

Ingredients
- Thin whole wheat noodles, cooked
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 1 tomato slice, chopped finely
- 1/4 of an onion, minced
- 1/4 of a green bell pepper, de-seeded and minced
- 1 pinch oregano
- 2 pinch Spike brand All-Purpose Seasoning, or to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 handful fresh spinach, chopped
- Reduced fat goat cheese or reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Reduced fat feta cheese, to taste
- Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Briefly saute garlic, oregano and seasoning in olive oil.
- Combine seasoning mixture with whole wheat noodles, onion and green pepper.
- Stir in chopped spinach, goat cheese or Parmesan.
- Top with tomato sauce and more feta.
