Grilled Apple Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 ounce frozen apple juice concentrate, reduced-calorie, thawed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Granny smith apples, corned and cut into rings
Instructions
- Mix apple juce concentrate, honey, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat about 3 minutes, stirring.
- Set aside 1 cup to use as sauce, use remaining for baste.
- Put apple rings on grill and brush with basting sauce.
- Grill 8 minutes, basting often. Turn apples over and baste and grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
- Meanwhile, place chicken on grill. Brush with basting sauce.
- Grill for 5 minutes, basting often; turn and grill for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until internal juices run clear.
- Serve chicken and apples with reserved sauce and steamed veggies (green beans, carrots, yellow bell peppers).
