Grilled Catch of the Day
Spend your morning relaxing on the lake, then bring home the bounty and cook up this Grilled Catch of the Day for supper!
Ingredients
- 2 fresh white fish
- 6 lemons or limes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 3 scallions, trimmed, but whole
- 1/2 fresh scallops or fresh small shrimp
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup Pickapeppa Sauce
Instructions
- Squeeze lemon juice over fish and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Remove and drain well. Place fish and all other ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Close foil securely and bake on a 350 degree F grill for about one half hour or until done.
