Stir Fry Lamb with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Stir-Fry is always an easy and healthy way to prepare meat. Try this Stir-Fry Lamb with Broccoli and Mushrooms and use it as a topping for some rice for a well-balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pound lamb meat, cut in small strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms or straw mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 vegetable oil or peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 3 whole dried red chili peppers or jalapenos
- 1 bowl of cooked brown rice
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb in the marinade for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons oil to a frying pan and turn up to high heat.
- Add ginger, garlic, marinated lamb, soy sauce, sesame oil. Stir fry until done, for about 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Add vegetables and serve with a bowl of rice.
