Mexican Cheese Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter substitute
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 4 eggs
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chilies
- 1 16-ounce can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup grated low fat Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup corn meal
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter, sugar, eggs in a large bowl. Add chilies and corn.
- Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder, and salt together.
- Add to creamed ingredients. Then add cheese and mix again.
- Grease (with non-fat cooking spray) and flour an 8x12x2-inch pan.
- Reduce heat to 300 degrees F and bake for one hour.
