"Sencillo" is spanish for "simple." It's the perfect word to describe this slow cooker recipe. These Sencillo Mexican Beans are great to make ahead to serve alongside your favorite Mexican dish. Or you can put them inside a burrito and put Chipotle and Qdoba to shame. Everything to make these beans is probably already in your pantry and on your spice rack.
