Ingredients
- 1 cup bran
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup apple juice (or other unsweetened fruit juice)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon honey or fructose sugar
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients; mix well.
- Bake in greased muffin pan at 350 degrees F for 7 to 12 minutes.
