Easy Cheesy One Pot Macaroni

Ingredients
- 2 packages (16 oz) whole grain small shell pasta, cooked al dente
- 9 ounce fat free or low fat cheddar cheese, grated
- 16 ounce reduced fat Velveeta cheese
- 8 ounce fat free sour cream
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the low fat cheddar cheese, skim milk, reduced fat velveeta, and fat free sour cream on low heat, stirring every once in a while.
- Add the onion powder and continue stirring. Do not allow mixture to boil.
- When the cheese begins to clump together, stir quickly until the mixture becomes a well-blended sauce.
- Drain pasta and add it to the cheese sauce, gently folding the sauce and pasta into each other to coat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
