One Pot Pork Chop Dinner
One Pot Pork Chop Dinner is the ultimate in easy pork chop recipes! Combining a delicious and healthy meal into one dish, this quick and easy recipe for pork chops is sure to satisfy the whole family.
Ingredients
- 4 lean pork chops (about 1 pound)
- 1 can low sodium tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon low sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds or oregano (optional)
- 6 to 8 small whole potatoes or 3 medium, quartered
- 4 whole fresh carrots, split lengthwise and cut into 2 inch pieces
Instructions
- In a large pan, sear the pork chops until lightly browned. Pour off the fat.
- Add soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to the pot and stir to combine.
- Add caraway, potatoes and carrots.
- Cover with a tight-fitting lid and and simmer 45 minutes or until potatoes, carrots, and pork chops are tender.
