Crispy Pork Gyros
"Gyros are one of my favorite foods! I make them entirely too often! When I was on vacation in Greece this summer, you better believe I ate gyros. You can’t beat an authentic Greek gyro – freshly made pita, lamb sliced straight from the kitchen, and of course, finished with a few french fries. Believe it or not, the gyro is considered “fast food” in Greece. Even so, they are made with high quality, fresh ingredients. Since gyros are very popular throughout the country, they can be found at most restaurants and street vendors. No two gyros are exactly alike. While most use the same basic ingredients, there are a million different ways to change up this classic. Today, we are putting our own spin on this Greek favorite!"
