Ambrosia Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cup cranberry halves, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute
- 3 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 cup apples, unpeeled and diced
- 1 cup green grapes, cut in halves
- 1 can (20-ounce) pineapple pieces, drained
- 3/4 cup black walnuts
- 4 cup Cool Whip Free
- 1 cup coconut, shredded or flaked
Instructions
- Combine cranberries and sugar substitute in medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, apples, grapes and pineapples.
- Add cranberry mixture and black walnuts and mix well.
- Add Cool Whip Free.
- Cover and chill.
- Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
