Celery Fruit Salad
Celery and paprika add an interesting kick to this delicious fruit salad recipe. This is just the right salad to serve with your dinner, eat for lunch, or have at your backyard barbecue.

Ingredients
- 2 apples, unpeeled and diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine apples, celery, and coconut in medium bowl.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over fruit.
- Combine oil, orange juice, salt and paprika and add to fruit mixture, then chill.
- Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of a salad bowl and place chilled salad mixture in center.
