Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4 dates
  • 1/4 cup organic raisins
  • 1/4 cup organic apple juice

Instructions

  1. Soak raisins in apple juice for 30 minutes.
     
  2. Peel and cut up banana and avocado and cut dates into small pieces.
     
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
