I just love the flavor combination of the sweet tomatoes and peppers with the briny olives. Of course if you prefer other ingredients, this salad is highly adaptable. If you don’t like green bell peppers, try another color like yellow, orange, or red. Not a fan of green olives? Substitute black olives or even avocado. The possibilities are endless!"
