Dilly Tahini Dip
"Quick and easy Dilly Tahini Dip takes about five minutes to make in the blender. Use it as a dip for veggies, Buffalo Tofu Bites, or anything that can use a little cool, creamy goodness. If you don’t have a blender, you can still make this recipe. Just mince or press your garlic cloves, and whisk everything together in a bowl until the ingredients are well combined. Your other option for hand-mixing is to use a teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the whole cloves, which will yield a smoother hand-mixed dip."
