Ingredients
- 2 cups crab meat, flaked and picked
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 cups soy creamer
- 3 tablespoons butter substitute
- 2 lemon rind strips
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons sherry (optional)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat crackers
Instructions
- Combine crab meat, milk, soy creamer, butter substitute, lemon rind, mace, salt and pepper in a slow cooker, and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for about 3 to 5 hours.
- Just before serving, stir in sherry and crumbled crackers to thicken.
