Chocolate Protein Popcorn

"I have always been a big fan of air-popped popcorn. Not because I don't like seasonings, but I prefer to do it MYSELF! A bottle of popcorn kernels costs a fraction of pre-made popcorn and has NONE of the sodium, fat or chemicals. Use any flavor of protein powder you like. I'm sure a caramel flavor would be divine! I used chocolate and added cocoa powder to fortify the chocolate-y goodness. And I always add vanilla extract when I bake with protein powders to give a depth to the flavors."
