Garlic Flavored Almonds

Notes
Substitute spray olive oil or corn oil for a drier consistency. Store in air-tight container, preferably tin.

Ingredients
- 8 ounce almonds, with skin
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Put oil and garlic into a mixing bowl. Add almonds and toss.
- Transfer to a roasting pan into which the nuts will fit in one single layer. Roast for 20 minutes or until almonds begin to color. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
