Easy Cream of Celery Soup

Notes
You can use one cup of cashews instead of the avocado. Also, you can use celery root or celeriac instead of celery.

Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 cup water
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- Juice of 1 lemon, or lime
- 3 drops kelp
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup sprouts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Bragg's Sea Kelp Delight
- 2 teaspoon Bragg's Amino Acids
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until everything is thoroughly combined and warm.
- Serve warm or cold. Use some of it to make a delicious salad dressing!
