Pomi Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Pomi Strained Tomato
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 quart parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices toast
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic in butter until lightly browned.
     
  2. Add Pomì, water, bouillon cube and allow soup to boil for 5 minutes. Add parsley.
     
  3. Place a slice of toast into each of four bowls and add the soup over the toast. Garnish with cheese and serve piping hot.
