Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup to 2 cups purified water
- 1 pinch dulse flakes
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for two minutes.
- Serve immediately, and sprinkle some Loving Earth salad sprinkles on top if desired.
