Thukpa

"Thukpa is one of those dishes, that I go to anytime. It is like comfort food in a bowl. When I am not feeling my best, down and out, having Thukpa just brings everything right back into perspective.I love Thukpa since it has all my favorite, chicken, noodles and whatever vegetables that are in season or rather what I like. The addition of lemon juice and the hint of soy sauce make a difference in this dish. Thukpa is a highly recommended dish on my list to make, it easy one pot and ofcourse clean up is easy breezy!"
