Healthy Thai Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a small dish combine the garlic, ginger, cilantro, mint, basil, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar and mix well.
- Add the turkey and bread crumbs and mix lightly, yet thoroughly, and shape in to 4 burgers.
- Heat grill and spray grids with cooking spray.
- Grill the burgers until no longer pink in the center, about 6 minutes on each side. To grill the buns, place them cut side down, along the edge of the grill. Place the burgers in the buns and serve.
