Turkey Applesauce Meatballs
Adding applesauce to your meatballs keeps them nice and moist and you won't even know it's there. These meatballs are perfect for pasta or stack them on a hoagie bun with melted mozzarella cheese for a delicious sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Shape into balls. Roll in flour. Cook 10 minutes to brown.
For the Sauce:
Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 onion, diced, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 3 cloves, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 cup hot ketchup and 1/2 cup HP sauce mix. Pour over meatballs.

@dar300, "hot ketchup" means spicy ketchup. HP sauce is a popular brown sauce that was once originally produced by HP Foods in the UK, now produced by H.J. Heinz in the Netherlands. It can be found online. I hope this helps! --Editors of FaveHealthyRecipes

for the sauce you say 1c hot ketchup....do you mean heated or hot flavor,also what is HP sauce..
