Low-Cal Blueberry Bread
I can't be the only person whose eyes are bigger than their stomach when it comes to buying fruit. I buy big packages of berries, thinking, "I'll eat these all week," and they end up sitting in my fridge getting mushy. If you do this too, I suggest this Low-Cal Blueberry Bread. It uses up all of your berries and gives you a much more enjoyable way to eat them! Made up of oats, flax seeds, and chia seeds, it's not bad for you, either. Eat it for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. It's not super sweet, so it's a very versatile bread.
