    I'm getting hungry just looking at this! But I'm really excited about this recipe because it's an excuse to use my cast iron skillet

    This skillet meal looks amazing. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I'd probably substitute tofu or more veggies (asparagus probably) for the chicken, but for my meat eating friends, this is a great, healthy option.
