I made the Cruncy Chicken Salad but, didn't add celery nor any yogurt due to having what I have on hand. I also only used garlic powder, dill seed & 6 eggs (diced). I also ate this on warm tortillas & as a snack with some crackers. I'm adding some tuna to it today. This was decilous & since I'm on a renal diet I do have to watch my sodium so I did use fresh chicken thighs (diced) & 1 can of diced up tuna.

I'm making & trying this today. I will however use fresh diced onions, celery seed, dill & garlic powder. I'm on dialysis & have to watch my sodium, etc. I cannot have any dairy & do not like sour cream nor yogurt. So, I'm using mayo. & use a little bit of diced carrots, eggs. I need my protein & fiber. So, I will also use tortillas & have a vegtable on the side for dinner. Thanks for the great receipe. I would also love to know the nutritional value in each cup of salad hopefully the way I'm going to make it with my adjustments if at all possible. I'm surprised being on the Fave Healthy Recipe site you do not mention the nutritional value.
