Tricolor Confetti Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounces jar marinated artichoke hearts with liquid
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons country-style mustard
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups tricolor pasta, cooked
- 1 1/2 cup Jarlsberg Lite cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cup celery root, cut matchstick style
- 1 1/2 cup green (or yellow) pepper, chopped
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Add remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
