Dark Chocolate Walnut Fudge
For a chocolate fudge recipe that is ready in 10 minutes and requires just 5 ingredients, make a batch of this Dark Chocolate Walnut Fudge from Anne Colagioia. This is definitely one of the very best no bake dessert recipes for fudge. Be sure to add this one to your Christmas fudge recipes list.
Notes
The walnuts can be toasted to intensify their flavor prior to adding them to the fudge by placing them on a sheet pan and baking them at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper or foil that extends over the edges of the pan. I used a pan measuring 7x11 inches in the video.
- Add the chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and butter to a large heat safe bowl. If you are mixing several types of chocolate, add the darkest variety to the bowl first since it takes longer to melt. Add an inch of water to a saucepan with a diameter smaller than the ingredients bowl. Place the saucepan on a medium low heat then place the bowl of ingredients on top of the saucepan.
- Once the chocolate melts, stir the mixture until smooth then stir in the nuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and chill for a few hours before removing the fudge from the pan by lifting the foil or parchment overhang. Cut it into squares and serve.

This is wonderful! For sugar-free sweetened condensed milk, measure 1c powdered milk, 2/3c Splenda (or store brand) and 2Tblsp margarine; sitr in 1/3 c boiling water until powder is dissolved. I use it all the time.
