Bruks Bars

As passionate food lovers and fitness junkies, we live to snack. We have an active lifestyle, but always found it difficult to find nutrition bars that fit within our dietary needs — something gluten, dairy, soy and egg-free — on the go (poor Sean!). We were tired of hunting, so we decided to make our own. It was a tall order to balance wholesome, allergen-friendly ingredients with crave-able flavor, but we were up for the challenge.

So, after more than a few rounds in the kitchen we found just the right combination of nutrient rich ingredients that were foodie-friendly too. (Yes, you can jump for joy. We sure did!). Now, what began as a weekly bake-off to refill our ever-dwindling supply of bars, has become an overnight hit. We’re proud that they’re made from scratch in Charlotte, NC!
