The Cool Gear EZ Freeze Stay Fit Salad Set is the perfect container for bringing a salad to work or school. It has separate compartments meant for dressing and other ingredients you do not want to premix. With this food container it is much easier to stay on track and eat healthy!

The bottom of the container is where you put the lettuce or leafy greens of your salad. It holds 6.5 cups so there is plenty of room for as much lettuce as you desire. The next part of the container holds the freezer filled gel tray that keeps the food cold and crisp. It also has three compartments on top of the gel tray to put your favorite salad toppings. The middle of the tray has a compartment to hold the dressing container. This container can hold 3 ounces of dressing which is more than enough for most people and has a screw top lid to keep it secure. The lid of the container snaps on tight to hold your food together.

I hate trying to eat a soggy salad so I really appreciated the separate compartments. I also like that you can put a non-salad meal in the bottom and a snack on top. It works particularly well for packing veggies and ranch. This is a must-have set for anyone who often brings a lunch to work, school, or on the go.
